Easy Chocolate Fudge

I found this on a social network it sounds very easy and delicious!

Easy Chocolate Fudge Ingredients

• 3 Cups milk chocolate chips (break a choc bar or use buttons!)
• 1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 and half teaspoons vanilla essence
• Pinch of salt
• Handful of chopped nuts

Easy Chocolate Fudge Instructions

1. Melt together the chocolate and milk, keep stirring
2. Add the vanilla, slat and nuts
3. Pour into a shallow tray
4. Leave to cool and invite your mates round
5. Break up and eat!
