Chocolate Pie
This is a very easy pie to make and very pleasurable to eat .You will need
- 6oz ground almonds
- Large block of good dark chocolate
- 2oz castor sugar
- 4-6oz pouring cream
- white of 1 egg
Mix almonds, castor sugar,and white of egg with hands,messy but pleasant.Chill then make press int a shallow dish to make a base. Cook for 20-25mins on a 6 gas 170 electric leave to cool
break chocolate and melt in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, keep mix moving and warm ,add pouring cream (at room temp), whisk chocolate and cream, pour into base, chill

This is chocolate pie is absolutely delicious. I used chocolate hobnobs for the biscuit base and my taste buds went wild.
You can also try adding a little (or a lot) of baileys, amaretto or tia maria (or any other preferred alcohol, as long as it goes with chocolate).
or you can just pour the baileys over it when you serve, with some crushed flake, and maybe some chocolate sauce
